xx ASB Rules Question

Does this ASB work the same way it worked at Pokemonicons?

So, is it,

After every regular win, you get to evolve a pokemon or replace a pokemon on your team.

After every 3rd win, you get a basic pokemon that doesn't evolve and isn't legendary.

After every 10th win, you get a legendary pokemon. you can only have 2 legendaries on your team?
